I am proud that I can say that the value-add that my company delivers, result in success for our clients.
This was once again demonstrated at the regional Productivity SA Awards
(Western Cape) when our clients stood out amongst the other
participants. Fair Cape Dairies where awarded the first prize in the
Corporate Sector and Sonnendal Dairies, went through to the finals.
In the Public Sector category, Mossie Mostert from Electrical Support
Services, City of Cape Town (2009 regional and national winner)
announced the 2010 winner. Mr Mostert did not only mention Pragma as
their partner, but also gave tremendous praise to Pragma during his
speech.
With each and every intervention that I have with a CEO or MD of a
company, the question, “What does Pragma do and how can they add value
to our organisation?” is directed to me,
My 30 seconds elevator speech “we improve the performance of physical
assets” is usually followed by a counter question, “Will your
organisation be able to operate with unreliable assets and down time in
access of 20%?”
What a CEO or MD of a company want, is peace of mind. The assurance that
his assets are performing optimally, that he can deliver on his
production or service promise and that this is done within budget at
minimal risk. This can obviously only be achieved with a clear strategy
supported by business processes and best practices in place.
Our mentioned clients can definitely attest to this peace of mind.
As a final word, allow me to congratulate Fair Cape and Sonnendal
Dairies, as well as the Pragma teams involved, on this outstanding
performance. Fair Cape, all the best for the coming national awards.
